The hotel offers rooms with standing fans instead of air-con, which could be inconvenient on hot days. The spacious bathroom was a plus during my stay. The customer service was great, but some staff members lacked any customer service skills. The location is on the outskirts of town, making it a 20-minute walk to reach the city center. The continental breakfast provided after check-in was very good. On the downside, the pastries, including the Pain au Chocolate, were the worst I have ever encountered. The facilities were adequate, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and even pet amenities available.
